Grace Welborn
Owner/ Head Trainer & Professional Rider
Grace Welborn fell in love with riding age 3 and continued her education throughout her junior years as a working student for trainers in the Rome and Atlanta area while showing in Hunters, Jumpers & Equitation.
Grace attended Auburn University, where she competed on the Hunt Seat and Horsemanship Equestrian Teams. While in college she continued to compete on the “A and AA” circuit in all three rings, qualifying and attending WIHS/NAL Jumper Finals.
After graduating, Grace went on to be a professional rider and assistant trainer for MDS Farm in Alpharetta. In March of 2023, Grace branched out on her own and started Double W Farms in her hometown of Rome, GA!
Grace’s younger sister, Molly Welborn, began riding at 13. As a junior, Molly competed in the Junior Hunters and Medals, where she qualified and competed at numerous finals including Washington, Harrisburg & Devon.
Molly currently attends University of North Georgia while continuing to show on the “A and AA” circuit. As an amateur Molly shows in the 3’3/3’6 A/O Hunters, Adult Equitation, and Low A/O Jumpers.
